Accredited psychotherapist
As a psychotherapist, I am 100% about the relationship with the client. I value individual difference, genuineness, helping you find your own path and answers in therapy.
I cannot fix things and don't have all the answers, but I will listen and may have some suggestions for you that could be helpful. I can provide you with a safe space, where you are able to explore thoughts and feelings without the fear of being judged.
I understand that there are times in our lives when we are confronted with situations that we are not sure how to deal with or that we feel unable to deal with. I can help you look at difficulties in different ways so that you are able to find your own solutions.
My aim is to help you with any problem you're finding hard to handle on your own, to achieve your goals and provide you with the tools that could help you through difficult times and be there with you in therapy.
In addition to my private practice, I am a counsellor for an Employee Assistance Programme as well as private health insurances. I have experience working for the NHS and for charitable organisations as well. I offer open-ended counselling as well as short-term and focused therapy

What Clients Say
Thomas M.
"Working with Amy Baglietto has no doubt been a life changing experience for me and I have no idea where I would be without her. Although I always had belief that I would find a way to beat Anxiety I lacked the tools, techniques and support to do so but through working with Amy I now feel as though I am truly nearly out the other side of the tunnel. Amy is very patient and genuinely cares about her patients and I would highly recommend working through any hardships you may face"
