Sessions are usually weekly, at a set time and day, and last for 1 hour.

At the first meeting, we will jointly look at your needs and broadly explore your focus for counselling.

You can arrange an appointment with me during weekdays and weekday evenings. Appointments can also be arranged for the weekend (Sat. 9am - 1pm only).

How much can I expect to pay for a Counselling Session?

• Counselling Fees

- Initial Consultation Meeting for Client and Counsellor: £30.00*

- Individual counselling session (Weekdays): £40.00*

- Individual counselling session (Saturday 9am - 1pm only): £45.00*

In certain cases, I may be able to offer a sliding scale rate. Cost is usually per counselling session, made at the end of each session.

*I require a minimum of 24 hours notice if you cannot make a session, otherwise a full fee will be charged. In the event that I expect to be unavailable, I will aim to give at least 14 days' advance notice.

All messages left are held in complete confidence and return calls or emails are normally returned within 48 hours, subject to my working hours of Monday - Friday (9am - 8pm) and Saturday (9am - 1pm). Bank holidays and public holidays are excluded.

• My private counselling practice in the Chilterns, Buckinghamshire,  is accessible by public transport (a short 15 minute walk from Amersham Rail/Tube Station), and is convenient for access from the areas of Chesham, Great Missenden, Wendover and High Wycombe travel networks.
