AMY BAGLIETTO

As a psychotherapist, my main focus is on building a strong and nurturing relationship with my clients. I firmly believe that every individual is unique, and I strive to create a space where you can be your authentic self. Guided by a warm and empathetic approach, I am committed to helping you explore your own path and find the answers you seek within the therapy process. Together, we will work towards understanding and personal growth in a supportive and genuine environment.

my work is the importance of genuineness. I understand that therapy can be a vulnerable process, and it is crucial for you to feel that you are in a genuine and authentic relationship with your therapist. I strive to be open, transparent, and real in our sessions, allowing you to trust that I am truly present and invested in your well-being. Together, we will create a space where you can share your deepest thoughts and feelings without fear of judgment or criticism.

How counselling can help

Counseling is beneficial because it offers a supportive space to freely express yourself, provides unbiased guidance, enhances self-understanding, teaches coping skills, and overall, boosts confidence and mental well-being, making daily life more manageable and fulfilling.

Men and Counselling

Counseling for men is a powerful resource, offering a confidential and judgment-free space where guys can openly express their thoughts and feelings, build practical life skills, gain self-understanding, and break the stigma around men's mental health, leading to better stress management, improved relationships, and overall greater well-being.

What My Clients Say

"Working with Amy Baglietto has no doubt been a life changing experience for me and I have no idea where I would be without her. Although I always had belief that I would find a way to beat Anxiety I lacked the tools, techniques and support to do so but through working with Amy I now feel as though I am truly nearly out the other side of the tunnel. Amy is very patient and genuinely cares about her patients and I would highly recommend working through any hardships you may face"

-  Thomas M.

“Working with Amy has transformed my on-going healing journey - she has been instrumental in enabling me to integrate and release long-held issues that I had not fully understood before our sessions together. She continuously creates a safe space for me to feel supported and no longer afraid to explore challenging thoughts, emotions and triggers. I am incredibly grateful for her deep expertise, guidance and patience and I would certainly recommend her to anyone who is looking for a kind, encouraging and knowledgeable therapist.

It's Not Me, It's ADHD

We all tend to lose our focus once in a while. Maybe we find ourselves watching TV and getting distracted by our phones. Or, perhaps, we stop listening for just a few seconds in class, only to find ourselves wondering what was said over the past few minutes and trying to figure out where we are. Likewise, we might lose focus while we drive as the automatic driving kicks in, and when we start focusing again, we are a bit confused as to how we haven’t gotten into an accident. Perhaps these moments have made you think, “What if I had ADHD?” That being said, not every loss of focus is likely to be ADHD. In fact, there are many misconceptions about ADHD, many of which we will be exploring throughout this book.
